How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account, please send an email to:

Make sure to send the email from your registered email address (the one linked to your account in our app).

In your request, please include:

• Full Name

• Registered Email Address

• Account ID / Username (if applicable)

• A confirmation statement: “I confirm that I want to permanently delete my account.”

Processing Timeline

• We process all account deletion requests within 7 business days.

• Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone.

Important Notes

• Deleting your account will remove all your personal data from our systems.

• If you have an active subscription, please cancel it directly through Google Play before requesting account deletion.

• Certain legal or financial data may be retained if required by law.
